Mike Holmgren had an amazing player on his roster and he did not give him the ball half as much as he should have! Although I would love to still have The Weave, I can certainly see why he would look to go elsewhere.
NO not wells...Moreno, we need to start thinking about an evntually replacement for 36 and Wells is not the answer for this offense. I'd prefer Pettigrew and Oher/Britton and trade up in the 2nd to get a RB like Jennings. Solidify the O-line and TE and Westbrook run better than if we added Wells/Moreno who will only get 5-9 touches a game.
i agree get pettigrew and if hes still available, get moreno. If not donald brown deserves to get a look as well. honestly i think andy reid should stop taking gamble at the hb position. 36 was simply a steal. but tony hunt and moats have jus been downright dissappointments.
Apparently he is very close to signing with Philly, but I think he is waiting it out to see what Seattle come up with, and if it's not enough for him to want to stay, then It looks as if he going to the Eagles.
It's amazing: Weaver played Tight End at Carson-Newman while I was there and moved to Fullback when signed. He can play where ever he's needed! I know him personally and I don't know if you could find a nicer guy, honestly!
gapper509 I live in Seattle I see the offical Seahawks after show Mack Strong and Leonard Weaver were on the show it has been officially confirmed that Leonard Weaver is being trained by Mack Strong himself so you will see lots of flashback from Weaver.
you have got to be kidding me! Owen Schmitt is FAR from being a Leonard Weaver. Schmitt is UNPROVEN in the NFL. Weaver WILL earn the starting role. That's not just talk, that's from what I've seen on the field in Kirkland.
Well Leonard Weaver is probably not going to be a Seahawk after next year cuz this is his final year of his contract which he signed a one year deal with Seattle during the offseason. I think that's why we got Owen Schmitt so that he can succeed Weaver after this season but Seattle may re-sign Weaver to a long-term deal.
i like weaver but schmitt is a monster and he has my vote for starting fullback. weaver will still see the ball but i hope schmitt gets most of the carrys
That is true he will be one of the best, But i doubt he'll contribute to the team as well as mack strong, but having mack strong be his mentor, he will definentaly blossom, and become one of the best NFL Fullbacks ever.
That visor looks sweet with the facemask

We should've just drafted Jonathan Stewart, then we'd have a FB and an HB all in one :)
