not private, beta server, you need a working WoW account and enter in the beta drawing, although the beta is nearly done as the LK expansion is coming november 13th so i doubt they will be inviting many more people.

Not a good example of testing numbers, as the dummies are level 1 with no armor.

thats the best example because there isn't really anybody with the exact same stats, while wearing good gear...

lvl 1 with no armor will show you your standard damage and it will give you a good view on what you can do with your current gear/talents

but hey, thats just my opinion :)

Ya, people have reported that some cities in Azeroth got the dummies as well. I haven't explored to find out where there are active ones.

This should be good for hunters testing shot rotations, Rogues learning combo timing, and especially shadow priests trying to figure the best spell rotation for max DPS.
