Also, the discovery of this shell casing predates Files story, so the existence of a dent mark in the casing, that may or may not be a toothmark, being consistent with Files' claim to have bitten into the shell (and who does that, btw?), is hardly conclusive. Files story has the air of "greatest hits' around it. Meaning that a lot of what is popular and known about the case for conspiracy makes it into his story.

It's got a really short barrel, almost looks like a target pistol. But it's actually a short rifle. The cartridge that was discovered up there was a .222 Remington casing. They DID make that gun in that caliber at that time. And it was determined that human teeth marks were on it as Files said he bit down on the casing.

It has been proven that the casings found in Dealey Plaza were created after the assasination based on the headstamp. .222 Remington casings from 1963 and before had a long dash between the R and P on the headstamp. The ones found in Dealey Plaza had a circular dot between the R and P. This change occured in the 70's. It could not have been used in the assassination.

Also, in no way shape or form would Files shot be considered a miss of any kind. It is a hit. Had he shot Kennedy in the eye it would be considered a bullseye, or direct hit, but that he hit him in the temple would not be considered a miss in any sense.

Also, the discovery of this shell casing predates Files story, so the existence of a dent mark in the casing, that may or may not be a toothmark, being consistent with Files' claim to have bitten into the shell (and who does that, btw?), is hardly conclusive. Files story has the air of "greatest hits' around it. Meaning that a lot of what is popular and known about the case for conspiracy makes it into his story.

Meant to say Brading was the shooter in the 3rd floor of the Dal-Tex building. Files says he aimed for Kennedy's right eye and his shot would have hit there, except that the shot from the Dal-Tex struck Kennedy a fraction of a second before Files' shot hit Kennedy, which made his shot hit above the right temple.

It's got a really short barrel, almost looks like a target pistol. But it's actually a short rifle. The cartridge that was discovered up there was a .222 Remington casing. They DID make that gun in that caliber at that time. And it was determined that human teeth marks were on it as Files said he bit down on the casing.

It has been proven that the casings found in Dealey Plaza were created after the assasination based on the headstamp. .222 Remington casings from 1963 and before had a long dash between the R and P on the headstamp. The ones found in Dealey Plaza had a circular dot between the R and P. This change occured in the 70's. It could not have been used in the assassination.

Also, in no way shape or form would Files shot be considered a miss of any kind. It is a hit. Had he shot Kennedy in the eye it would be considered a bullseye, or direct hit, but that he hit him in the temple would not be considered a miss in any sense.

My guess is that all these people who were called to it that died under mysterious circumstances were the guys involved in this.
Giancana was one of em. So was Johnny Roselli. Charles Nicoletti. And James Files. Files is in jail because they tried to kill him too and he shot back. The FBI agent that covered his case was knocked off.

And between 1998 and 1999 we had the chance to kill Bin Laden, but the Clinton administration (For God Knows Why) opted not too!
