@ar4216 I dont know if you are aware, but SLR's usually have the option to keep the shutter open for longer periuds of time. For example 3 seconds. If you move the camera when the shutter is open, the image becomes blurry. So when it stops, its helpful to get a sharper image at slower shutter speeds. Or you can do it the other way around for some experimental footage with slow shutter times and continous movin..,, gl :)
@ar4216 Like others have pointed out it will allow for the sharpest individual frames especially when your getting into very long exposures. Another benefit it provides is SUPER long time periods. So you could set it up to shoot every hour and only move a slight amount every hour... =)
