I am one of the volunteer divers in this video (orange drysuit). I have been diving this exhibit for almost three years with no problems with the wolf eels. Notice how the other diver never puts his hand in front of the eel, rather lifting it from below with the side of his arm. The five eels in the Dome are quite friendly and enjoy you tickling them under the chin!

@themaester I am 22 and want to volunteer here. What can I do to help me stand out? Is it hard getting "hired" or accepted to volunteer at the Seattle Aquarium? I know nearly nothing of any of this will that be a problem? I hope to get the position because I want to learn and hope the experience helps.

Be careful around wolf eels, they can give very nasty bites.
