I saw this when it came out in 76 it was called THEY CAME FROM WITHIN! It was playing on a triple TERROR bill at CAPITOL DRIVE IN THEATRE (san jose. Ca) with THE BUG & SQUIRM, I was 6 yrs. old and SHIVERS scared the living shit out of me more so then EXORCIST ( though now older realize how great EXORCIST is especially when Damien the priest see's Reagen and she looks like his Mom in a straight jacket on the bed...EEEEKK)

@vardiss22 From what I recall, (I have a vivid visual memory) It took place on an American farm. It looked very much like the 80s or even the 90s. The beginning sequence opens with a meteor shower and a kid watching it through a telescope.
