lol, I got mine today, and just like you, the plastic case really gave me hardtime, it took me around 10 minutes to open it,I have to cut everywhere and almost cut the cord. I wonder how they put this thing inside at the first place

Senns aren't that hard to open lmfao! Take the tape off the side, flip the tab from the "hook" and pop up the two tabs on the side and one at the bottom. I've bought two different types of Senns and had no trouble opening them.

they are not like that in the uk there are no hooks to pop up, they are sealed tight with no way of opening them except scissors or a knife so come to england order some here then comment ok

They are the same packages, the only thing is, the CX 300's are in a different type of packaging than the other Senn's I bought. I have a bought a pair of CX 300's and it is that same packaging, so I therefore apologize for the comment since it is a different packaging with no easy way of opening.

Opening those Senns was a failure lol. I've bought two different Senns and had no trouble opening the packaging. Tape on the outside, flip the tab from the "hook" and pull the two tabs from the side and one from the bottom up.

i recently bought some sennheiser earphones and the packaging is a nightmare to get open it is completely sealed and ridiculous to open so dont say anything till u have bought some of their earphones and tried to get them out u idiots
