i remember that this was the theme when i faced a boss of the level or the last boss, dont remember, but this game is soooo cool, and hearing these songs bring me nostalgic moments... Oh and for dont forget
I'm such a dork I made a huge awesome list of old school VGmusic (some not so old) and I sit here and listen to it while I play video games...... sigh
From a time when computer games were actually GAMES! I seriously don't think I have truly appreciated any game from after the year 2000. Pretty much all games I ever play were created more than ten years ago.
Civ 1 and 2, Starcraft Brood War, CS, Command and Conquer, Red Alert, Baldur's Gate, Diablo, and of course old console-games.... Nowadays it's all about the graphics and... nothing more. No gameplay, no strategy, no fun. Just incredibly easy, boring games that look good.
I bet this would sound cool using a street organ. Put a pitch bend in it here and there and youd have some funk going on. African mines is my 2nd favorite theme after the moon in this game.
My advice would be to download these videos (go to google and search "download youtube videos") then, download a program that sucks the audio out of video files. And you'd have an mp3 of this
It's a bit of work, but the best way would be to download a Ducktales NSFE with a NSF/NSFE plugin for Winamp, and then switch Winamp's output to Disk Writer to create a WAV out of it. You'd get the purest sound that way.
They are both excellent for different reasons. The Moon music is incredibly charming, bouncy and uplifting. The Mines music has way more funk and swagger, and a bluesy melody that reeks of badassness.
moon is best.

I was six when I first played this game, got hooked on it and played it over and over again under the blankets late at night to help me sleep.

Is this DuckTales video game for classic Nintendo available for Nintendo Wii Downloads?

@1985Nebraska Sadly not yet. I don't know how thick the legal red tape is, but hopefully Disney and Capcom can figure out a way to get it on there.
Watch the servers crash once the game is available on the Wii's VC due to the downloads.
