However, They have managed a way around that. The NAFTA trade agreement was the initial basis for the SPP. Which is based on Trade and not Treaty. Making it a 'free for all' on shaping the north american union without congressional approval. Most Mexicans don't want this north american union, in fact they prefer joining in with the latin american countries and forming their own union. problem is US wants to join in, but venezuela president is not joining if U.S. is... this just sounds baloney, just the concept of countries and people making imaginary lines, I don't I guess as a scientist I feel some sense of universal unity.

In Canada it is NOT the Liberals (or Conservatives)Leaders who are worried about the SPP, it is Connie Fogal of the Canadian Action Party (.ca) who is trying to get the word out about what this really means to our country, much like your Ron Paul.
