what infinite mercy? allah as considered in the quran is NOT merciful. He only forgives u for doing the sins that he made it inevitable for u to commit, and only if u believe in him. but if u don't, then when u die, he will have no mercy on u. u won't be forgiven. allah? not so forgiving. but bin laden, now that's a forgiving man. Well, if you compare him to allah anyway.

I don't question the peace aspect, just the imaginary theology of a god who...well you know how it goes. btw, in terms of peace, you might wanna think about how peaceful it is to tell someone that he's ignorant for not liking a particular religion: regardless of which one it might be.

We should all listen to these lectures, over and over and over until we know it like the back of our hands. Only then we can forward these messages to others with confidence. If we don't listen to these lectures regularly then we'll have waves of spirituality which come and go by season. My advice to all you is to try to get audio copy of these lectures and put it in your car and listen to them from and to work, college, grocery stores etc etc.

mashalla very nice lecture but what i dont understand is when Muhammad (PBUH) is mentioned they sed there blessings which i dont know but to me it sounds like glorying him but when Allah is mentioned their silent. i dont know if anyone can relate to me on this but i think Allah (SWT) should be praised yet their silent?

dear aho5075 Allah swt is glorified through dhikr and ourad and his beautiful names. However there is a hadeeth from Messenger of Allah that whenever Rasullah's name is mentioned one need to send blessing to receive benefit and Saheeh Bukhari Nabi as says that a complete salawat is sending salawat upon him and his progeny. The reason Salawat is said in load voice because refocuses the audience to the lecture.
