Army Men 3D. This was one of the first in the series, that is the title. Try NITROROMS for a dl. Once you get it its not as fun to play as I remember, lol. Nostalgia is sometimes best left as a memory.

i loved whipping my cousins ass in this when i was litlle. the only thing that i couldnt beat was the missions. they was to hard. this brings back the good times especially when i used the mortors and my tank

I have to say my skill were probably lacking when I played this, I must of been 7? Lost hours on this though playing splitscreen with my younger brother back in the day. Good old memories, I'd buy a remake if ever they made one for the nostalgia alone.
