What the hell are you on? Gorillaz has always been a collaborative effort. The only permanent members are Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett. Ten out of fifteen tracks on Demon Days featured guest artists.

Gorillaz is lightyears better than "bubblegum." They're a unique group and always have been. Hopefully always will be. Plastic Beach definitely isn't the best Gorillaz album, but it's definitely a great album nonetheless. Go check out The Fall if you have a problem with guests.

I was stating a fact. Guests have always been a part of Gorillaz. Even in their debut album there was a substantial amount of guest work. There's definitely a more heavy emphasis on guests in Plastic Beach than the first two studio albums, but I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing. Albarn still writes the music, you know.

Perhaps my opening statement was too aggressive. If you don't like Plastic Beach, it's cool. My statement about The Fall still stands.
