That's a Scottish fold. They breed them to have ears like that.. it's actually a defect, and causes ear infections etc. But of course, if it looks as cute as this cat, then it's acceptable to inbreed them and line breed them to get this result. BTW - very adorable clip.

I think the kitty is a scottish fold. It's a condition in the cartiledge in the ears where the cartelidge doesn't hold up the ear so it folds over. It's a specific breed recognized by the international organizations and it's not known to cause the cats discomfort, problems or abnormal/bizarre mutations so it's all good.
