is incredible reality, although some scenes are exaggerated, but so are disasters not it, try to keep this game great realism, this game is one of the best eh seen, the history, bgm, drama, excitement, this game is epic
Even if this game didn't sell so well in Europe and Japan it doesn't mean it couldn't sell elsewhere. Also any money it did make by selling in North America would help balance development costs from the original project. There's still many games that Europeans don't get either. Some bizarre logic working here.
I understand that some Japanese games don't come out elsewhere because of cultural differences or that the games language has to be translated or revoiced (this drives up costs) but since the PAL version is already in English it doesn't make a lot of sense to hold back it's release in North America. Also I've got nothing against 'games for everyone' approach as long as you have different difficulty settings in the game.
@Bosperus They didn't sell well because 1. Zelda owns Little king Story and we wanna play a real RPG before we try out something new and strange and with a strange title. Okami is another Playstation 2 port, been there done that need I say more. It was great but without the graphics increase the repurchase of 39.99 titles are hardly worth it. Number 3. World of Goo vs. DeBlob, who wins?
@Bosperus 4. My god Madworld probably didn't sell well because people are irritated by black and white immages because it reminds them of reading high school science books then proceeding to opening something dead with lots of blood, or it was because they picked up a game that was actually worth repurchasing like Resident Evil 4.
Reggie and Nintendo should release the game regardless of how well it does in Europe. There's too many mini/family games out on the Wii so this game is welcome enough.
I heard about this game a few years ago and it seemed to disappear off the radar for a while and then all of a sudden it came out. I didn't see a lot of Xmas advertising for this game from Nintendo just a lot of ads for their older stuff. I bought this game a few days ago btw, it's not bad.
@sumo73 You know I had high hopes for Reggie when he encuraged developers to make MMORPG's for the Wii, but seeing that he is rejecting so many good games that are releasing only elce where at the moment, that'S freakin irritating. How can one man speak for millions of fans if he hasn't done his research on what people like. Incase you haven't noticed, Nintendo is trying to get into peoples skin and hear what they like about the company it self, this may be the case with Mr. Reggie.
@sumo73 I know that the main reaason I bought a nintendo Wii was because my girl wanted one, and I knew they had a good J-RPG line up. While most people expected PS3 to get them all, I said it's Next Gen and I'm sure Microsoft and Nintendo are going to be trying more veriety these years, but I was partially right by Nintendos part. I've come to realize that their definition of games for everyone means only that they're less difficult and old people at the age of 80 could even complete one 100%.
@HuntersX2NCreations > I bought a Wii because I had a Gamecube last gen. I've also got a PS3. I love both consoles. I remember last gen Nintendo were going through some changes and they didn't support the console as much as they could have done. This gen the Wii has done really well and it should be a console that caters to all and tries to give gamers a mix of different games.
Wow if Nintendo can make a good M rated first party title then I'm really hoping for more. Just to show they can do both E, and M games. They are after all have the best first party line ups out of any console. Great vid bro!
Got this for me wii for 5 quid does look awesome.

No matter what, Disaster wouldn't sell.
You all got your Wii for ZeldaMetroidMario, don't you?
Thats why LittleKingStory, Okami, deBlob and Madworld never sold well.

Reggie said the games success in Europe will effect the decision of whether or not the game will come out in the Americas.
