They're 10/11, the same age as 5th graders in the US academic school system - they enter the school at 10, this is towards the end of their first year

They do this stuff as a routine. The teacher shows them, but they memorize it.

I say RAD cause I dance in Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts in Singapore

Depends on the school. But the cream of the crop schools in the US, France, UK and Russia are at the same general level.
