Dartmounth segregation is when you eat sleep and shit in a cell no bigger than your closet 24hours a day!!! You have a bed,toilet and sink, but they only turn the toilet and sink on for an hour a day!!!Its quiet,you cant hear anything on the outside...And that big steel door dosnt open for 6 months!!!!

Some people cant even handle a few days!!!

the shu program is similar only those guys stay there until they debrief or go home. Some stay locked in a cell with no outside contact for more then a decade.
