It must be from the early 90's cause Steve Warren is singing tenor...he was replaced by tenor singer Rick Strickland in the early 90's..so no this is no way 1999 or 98 for that matter.

What a joy to hear Helmut Lotti sing with Elvis's favorite Christian Quartette, The Stamps! Helmut Lotti's voice sounded like the King's even when the King was still alive. Indeed, Helmut Lotti is my favorite European singer! J.D. Sumner and the Stamps are terrific!
