Did we really need another sketch of marilyn monroe? if you want to see real art search Glen Keane or Dice Tsutsumi or Peter DeSeve. It's not that hard to copy a photo down to the last detail, that's what a printer does.

@eyeShotTupac as he wrote in the description, it's a HB charcoal pencil which gives you much better options regarding smudging/diffusing the strokes for even shades and transitions. You can achieve similar effects with soft graphite pencils as well but I'd say it's a bit trickier.
