um not really i find when im in gear like 4th at around 60mph driving easy thats when its at its worse not on boost and not off the throttle , just a steady foot on the throttle

or it could be your clutch my evo started doing that after i put in a new clutch

that shouldn't be the t-case if it hasn't been making a noise a very long time. Usually sounds a lot less and in other speeds.
