The dance " meke ni waqavuaka" was performed by the province of Ra in the early 1950's. It was taught at Queen Victoria school in the late 80's early 90's by the composer and choreographer of the dance. What we see here is exploiting something that we treasure and kept sacred...here you have bunch of idiots making up motions that is not even close to what was taught to the school.

naahh..the real fijians do better i've witnessed it at our high school's 75th diamond anniversary. They were taught by the an elderly and loving Fijian couple. Boy! It was the most captivating and genuine of all performances I've watched. It just sucked all the living energy out of the thousands of crowd who attended that day.
