IT is retaliation, harassment is hard to prove - but retaliation only needs to be an occurrence which cost you your job which was improper. You do have rights, fight these bastards tooth and nail!!!

You need to stand up for yourself. You should get a coach who can show you how to do this in a peaceful and assertive way. There is no excuse for harassment. Sadly many people tolerate such behavior because they are afraid of losing their jobs. But again, you can keep your job and not be harassed very easily.

Take action against workplace bullying. Management will not solve this problem. They are the problem. Politicians and lawmakers have to take action. Canvas them. There are petitions available through the internet. Find live petitions against workplace bullying and sign them. If you cannot find a suitable live petition, submit your own.
