She was comfortable looking right and would not look left at all. Her physical therapy focused on tilting her head (really her ear) to her right shoulder and getting her to look left. If you have questions, you should feel free to call your son's PT and clarify what he needs. Also, ask if you can film his sessions. I used our Flip video camera to film Jill's sessions. Also, you can make short videos with most digital cameras.
Which way did her head tilt to?? My LO's head tilts to the left, so his chin is toward is right shoulder.. I'm confused because I've read online that because it tilts to the left I should have him look to the left.. but we went to physical therapy today and she said and gave us papers taht say to have him look to the right..
Jill is doing great. My husband, our nanny, and I all did the exercises with her daily. I believe they helped her learn to crawl early (before her twin brother), and she is in the process of mastering walking now (she's almost 1). In the video, Jill was 5 months. We stopped the exercises when she was 10 months because she was doing so well and crawling so much, which was really "self" physical therapy. Even so, her head leans a bit at times, but I think she'll improve over time.
