It had satisfying speeds for the first two weeks. Now on my third week, I'm barely getting any internet. I get 1 ~ 2 out of 5 timeouts when pinging Google and my online games disconnect all the time. When I work, it takes more than 1 minute just to download a 500 KB file. It's very annoying. Sun broadband postpaid sucks

i had a problem with my modem, they keep telling me that they are expanding or widening the signal in lower antipolo and it's about 4 or 6months that the same reason they keep telling me!! what are they doing? i load it 50 pesos unlimited and NO CONNECTIONS!! the speed is between 2.30kbps to 5.40kbs or something lower... where i should complain? to bring down this stupid shit money making problem!

Thats not the only scum that these SUN Company made.. They also put some limit to their Unlimited Text service... One time i have purchased Unlimited Service nila then bigla na lang naputol Unlitext ko . I called up the CS and they told me that I have reached the limit number of text message sent per day.. MY GOD kaya nga UNLIMITED there is NO LIMIT dba...
guys lets up this thread and lets others know what Sun broadband is doing to us customers.. they are cheating... with their false advertisement.. and robbing you on your monthly bills where you don't get what you paid for....
meron din akong video documenting ung first month ko sa sun 2.2 mbps pa nga peron ngayon 256 to 300 kbps na lang . let us join together pati mga friends ko who have the same problem file tayo ng lawsuit. everyday tawag ako ng tawag sa customer service nila . sabi system enhancement pa rin daw ang ginagawa. manloloko talaga sila.
