I think you need some sound effects or pumping music to make it seem more exciting, and Id like to see the main missile move more, like a race. S ometimes ahead, sometimes behind...
Also, to imporve it a bit, the clouds passing in front of the moon should darken it a bit, and the car maybe should shake a bit less, or at least more smoothly. Check the movement graph, and try smoothing down some keyframes.

I think you need some foregrownd layers moving really fast to give the speed impression. maybe a looping vector animation of trees and grass with motion blur. Just a guess.
