  • @Laurencia7 I agree. I have 2 flying foxes n 2 SAEs , when the flying fox get lil bigger they become nuisance n annoying to smaller FFs and SAEs...

  • Oh wait re read that got the chinese algae eater mixed up

  • It's a false flying fox, sae are extremely easy to differentiate because they they have a sucker type mouth btw

  • @jarrod989 I thought it was a Flying Fox but others on here told me it was a SAE...

  • @TheBugManUK It is a SAE, Jarrod is wrong. And @jarrod989 reverse that, the flying fox are aggressive. The True SAE are very peaceful to other fish.

  • Thats SAE (Siamese Algae Eater). Ive been looking all over for it in my neck of the woods but all I see are Flying Foxes which dont eat algae and bother other fish.

  • @sepehrfarzaneh Ah! that makes sense as he is in a community tank with over 40 newly bred platys and he doesn't bother them at all

  • lovely fish. technically that's a siamese algae eater. (siamensis). They're my favorites, get a school of them they love to play.
