ramfersean,For your info. Streetdancing means "Dancing on the street" not on the stadium and also, not on stage. FYI,Dinagyang has its own performance area excluisively use for Dinagyang events only, unlike in cebu they perform in the Sports Complex. Comment ka ng comment wala ka palang naintindihan sa topic.

Sports complex is use only for sports activities.

Stage is use only for sarzuela, magic show, and graduation rites.

great performance but need to emphasize the dance steps coz sinulog is a prayer dance not a prop presentation! the costume of tribu basakanon is a showcase of the real visayan culture before the coming of the colonizers that is what they want to showcase.. they have so much history........

yup! pero depende man sa paggamit sa props. lahi man ang style sa paggamit ug ang concept nga gi.interpret sa props (payong) and i think para nko we've used it effectively in a way that it created and showed a great visual impact to the audience. pero ive come to realized that in that part cguro na-over ra sa entertainment ug nawala na nuon ang solemnity sa ritual since sinulog is a concept of prayer thru dance and as the choreographer, i have to work that out next time!

hi! the sinulog competition is not only about the props and musicality, the judges are looking for the clean dance steps and as it coordinates with the authenticity and relevance to filipino culture....... but i was expecting them to get atleast the 1st runner up
