@bosshogglady Hi, definitely keep an eye on our website at BuyBaltimoreProperties (dot) com, but it's rare for us to get any Rent-To-Own homes below $900/month and most (not all) typically require at least a $5,000 down payment. It really depends on your lendability time frame (i.e., how long will it take you to get a purchase loan to buy).
