  • yall are awesome! the kids are cool and seem really bright!

  • LOL Going back and looking at these old videos made me realize how many years since it's been when I clicked "subscribe" and how cute they were! (not to say they're not cute still)

  • love love love!!! :] xxx

  • i live in mexico and it's far the option to adopt children. but i think i'm agree with the most comments. cause have a mom and a dad is ideal but not necesary because more than father and mother.. we should call about humans. there has to be good humans to care a child even they're 2 men or 2 women so dont think that straight family is better cause it's not.. the only diference between be a good parent is the person itself. so these guys are good parents cause they love their children.

  • such a beautiful family

  • Ok I'm straight but when I watch TV or YouTube and I see gays (btw I'm a boy) I don't care but there are a few gays at my school and I just can't stand them! Is this wrong?

  • @ZombieSlayer5PS3 hmmm i dont know what you hate them they are just people

  • @ZombieSlayer5PS3 Well, it depends on what makes you unable to stand their presence. Is it that you don't like them personally? Do the gays that you know have some sort of annoying factor that you don't like? Either of these opinions could be completely valid and not at all wrong. However, if the fact that they're gay and in proximity to you is what's bothering you, and you can't think of anything else, that's not necessarily a good thing. Consider talking to someone about it.

  • keep up the great work...

  • ok honetly i dont mean to sounb mean but i think gay people having an adopted family is completly wrong sorry and definatly no affense

  • @rmallstar100 You do realise that just because you said 'no offense' it doesn't make it any less offensive.

  • @rmallstar100 Then don't comment. You only say "hey, no offense" if you know it's something offensive. There was no need to comment on their great video about how you think their family is "wrong".

  • you are so cute family god bless you all . i think its very brave for me to expose yourself. i am straight btw but sometimes i think why all this hate and i want to say to these persons whats wrong with you people why you treat you like that and you call yourselfs cristians for you are the fags and the diapersniffers a butch of haters i am an orthodox cristian i am from greece we have haters in greece too but they all fucked up!!! i am 19 years old activist and i believe in equal marriage and ad

  • Proof that kids would rather have someone to love them then no one at all

  • I really appreciate what you are doing. There is a lot of ignorance about what raising a baby means... Even gay people often think that it i had to raise happy children, and so stop themselves from adopting. There's need for people to know that normality is a characteristic of gay couples, the same normality as the one in straight families. Here in Italy there's a long way to go...

  • You have a lovely little family. I envy you how happy you are together!

  • EXACTLY WHAT PEOPLE NEED, sources like this to educate them about how gay people and homosexually are not illnesses or influence that can be passed to your kids, part of pure ignorace i blame people for not being educated about gay families. i love what you guys are doing i am gay myself and i too would like this when me and my fiance get older. Please keep on the lord is with you and supports you with all of his holy spirit. Keep up the good work

  • Listen to come to daddy by Aphex Twin and u will change your mind fast!

  • You guys are just awesome for taking in thos two sweet kids! I'm sure they'll be very happy!

  • To be completely honest there are times that i wish that i had been taken in by a gay family when i was in the foster system, Mainly for the reason that i would have felt more comfortable coming out myself, i'm 16 and bi-sexual and when i cam out to my current carers thing were hella awkward they didn't talk to me unless they had to for about three months. If i had been taken in by a gay family they would have been a whole lot more open to the idea and supportive of me.

  • This is gorgeous (:

  • i always laugh when i see the hate about gay couples, what does it matter, would u rather these kids in foster care or with parents that genuinely love them. get off your bible bashing religious views and be happy these kids are happy and safe.

  • It pleases me to see all the wealth of positive comments to this video, gives me hope after all!

  • awww wow this is so cool i 2 want 2 start a family but i guess i have 2 find the right person who actually wants to take it 2 this level.xxx i admire you both for what your doing.xxx

  • Aww what an adorable little family -3

  • I heard the name San Francisco like 15 times in a span of 30 seconds. Now the city sounds foreign to me lol.

  • These videos are SO great! I love how open, honest and down-to-earth you both are about every topic. More people definitely need to see these! Everyone needs to know how NORMAL it is to be a gay family. In this day and age its a beautiful thing, and should be treated like that. I wish you 4 the best of luck. Stay super strong and beautiful :)

  • You both are great, and this is whom I want to be when I grow up with my husband and with a great family...with no further doubt you four are such an inspiration and you two are perhaps two guys I definitely look up too. I wish you the best in life.

  • @DAzzLeVorteXz What is wrong with you??

  • @DAzzLeVorteXz nothing why would u post a video of telling ur kids ur gay

  • @DAzzLeVorteXz who are you talking to the dads in this video??? Our kids know we are gay???

  • @DAzzLeVorteXz your just a spoiled brat that doesnt know any better, before you judge people that have gone to hell and back, shut your mouth and grow up some.

  • @DAzzLeVorteXz your are the messed up mutherfucker BITCH !!!!! for the conclusion!!!

  • I dont think theres anyhting wrong with the length of these videos. theyre full of really awesome stuff. i showed this to some of my church friends and they were really impressed with the stuff you guys talk about

  • Comment removed

  • I love this video you all look very happy. Such a beautiful family :))

  • You two are great parents.

  • @niguhfag Why?

  • @AngeloftheGodless

See the channel of niguhfag, he's a professionnal internet troll. This is what the world needed, one more of those.

Kisses for the dads and the kids.

  • @Hellfinky Fuck that guy. He's an ass. And here, here with the kisses to everyone. <333

  • You guys are so sweet :)

  • Omg your daughter is the cutest thing ever T_T

  • @jonnaSKATE I guess there's a risk that kids of gay families may get bullied. But by whom? By your kids, Joanna? Why? Because You think they are different and tell your children that there is something wrong with being gay and raise children?

The truth is, there are plenty of reasons to be bullied: thin, fat, short, tall, red head, blond, dark, poor, rich, single mum/dad, playing piano, going to church, not going to church, computer geek, etc. Take a pick! What will your kids be bullied for?

  • I think its great that selena and daniel are biological brother and sister, some adopted children arent as lucky, living there lives forever trying to find a biologicl family member. And you two make fantastic Dads : )

  • I think you two make a far better parentship than most ordinary straight couple. You're cute. :)

  • It's NOT who you love that matters. It's HOW you love unconditionally no matter the cost. I'm bisexual and very open and proud. I love how brave you and Brian are for sharing with the MANY who does not understand. We are no more and no less than who we perceive to be. In the end it's family. Thank you for just being you and your beautiful no matter what.

  • I now realize how easily I gave in to conventional wisdom. Nothing will ever replace my missing out on building a family like yours. You're what a real family should be. Just look at Selena's and Daniel's happy little faces, naturally expressing a strong sense of belonging, safety, being cared for and loved. You all are a much needed role model - and not ONLY for gay families!

Please consider getting into family counseling as an extra contribution.

    Love you guys!

    Greetings from Brazil!

  • I love you guys. God bless ur family.

    Kisses from Dominican Republic!

  • i think it would be better if you make the sound of the vidieo is louder

  • I am a 24 year old guy from England; and Ive been with my fiance for 5 years now. Ive litterally just seen your videos and wanted to say thankyou. You are everything we are wanting for our future - and the videos you produce show we are all the same- regardless of who we fall in love with. You have very beautiful children, and should be very proud of yourselves. Thankyou for sharing X

  • 3:07 so cute!

  • @swedishboy112 ditto...

  • cool vids

  • thank you for making these videos

  • When I was about as old as Selena, I remember a couple of gay women who lived in our neighborhood. To me both of them seemed as normal as any other couple. I guess thats a message kids get from their parents, if they are comfortable around gay couples or gays in general, most likely the kids will be. And I am so glad for what you do, to give people a chance to broaden their horizon. I wish all of your family strength and good luck with your project!

  • @G41MCombo Well you see the problem with that is... reality.

  • You guys are so inspiring. Love has no bounds and homosexuals can have the same amount of love as heterosexuals. I want to meet my husband and raise a family. I love children and I need to have a family. That's something deep inside my soul. Parenting is in my destiny. I'm very happy people like you two-- and me, in the future-- are there to help unfortunate kids who need it. Some may say that homosexuals have no role in nature, but I think we should act as guardians for any left in need of one.

  • Hey I am a Mexican guy, and honestly i do appreciate the courage you guys have to post and to show the world your wornderful family. In my case i grow up with my mom and my dad, but honestly in my consience always wanted to be rised just for my mom, my relationship with my dad is not that good, and well i am so proud of who i am and what i am doing with my life. I hope so some day i can meet a nice guy and to live happy with as you are happy together.... Mil Bendiciones!

  • You've such a beautiful family. I'm 14, and gay, as well as proud. I'm gay as is my older brother, and my step sister. And, I feel as though I can relate to your kids. My brother came out to me when I was nine, and I just picked up that my step sister is, right away. I'm not out to my family, mainly because I don't want to be told its a phase, at my age, or judged, and let a negative judgement control my life. I've enjoyed the few videos I've seen. Stumbling upon these was quite nice. Thanks:)

  • did daniels surgey go well?

  • Great video. As a matter of curiosity.. At 9:38 What is that black thing that runs across the screen ? xx

  • Such a beautiful family. :')

  • @lakeb0dom Useful for once? O please look up gays in history an dthem try that comment again.

  • You guys are seriously SO CUTE. (You guys being the whole family. When you all start talking with each other and making jokes, it's just the cutest, sweetest thing I've ever seen.) Your family is beautiful and admirable.

  • You guys are amazing

  • You all are a beautiful family! I feel what's most important is the love between everyone in the family. You can definitely see the love you all have!

  • We are currently trying to start a GSA (Gay-Straight-Association) at my school and i honestly think your videos could REALLY help! with your permission of course:) so far every video moves me more then words can say!

  • @bord2thebone Yes please do that is the reason we make them....use away

  • @depfox thank you so much!:)

  • i am gay had i have child with autsim her mother only wanted her for ssi check. she was 6 when she came to live with me she didn't talk or walk and still in pampers. mothers don't always make the best parents . today she sign bathroom walks feeds herself . should she had stayed with the mother because i'm gay?

  • i am gay and i have daughter that has autsim she is 8 and it's not always perfact when wommen raises a child all her mother wanted her for is a ssi check. she came to live with me when she was 6 she was still was in pampers didn't walk and not much speech. today she sign bathroom and uses it and says few words and feeds herself .men can raise kids just as well as women. because i'm gay should she had stayed with her mom?

  • believe me what you guys do is a very important stuff!

  • Wow, Bryan is soo hot! (I'm a guy btw haha)

For everyone asking questions about who is the figure or mother and father... why can't they both be father? You're vision of a family is unidimentional. It's ok to have 2 dads or 2 moms, plenty of children grow up without a dad or a mom (the dad/mom left or is dead) and they end up normal.

  • wow...its a little weird..Where is the figure of the mother and father?

  • Its amazing that you guys are making these videos, I just finished my undergrad, and I was actually trying to write a paper on same sex families at one point but there aren't very many resources. The fact that you're making your experience publicly available like this is great!

  • Ignore the haters. What matters is love and anyone can see you guys are loving and real.

  • Hey Boys, I recently subscribed to your youtube channel (yesterday :-D) and I have to say you two have a beautiful family. As a young gay man it's a part of my life that I am really looking forward to. How did the little ones like school? In one of your videos you two mention your son was going to have different surgeries, How are they going? And one last question, The option was given to your viewers to contact you to join a camping trip. Any coming up soon?

  • Aww they're biological brother and sister. I was just going to ask that

  • Did you have a problem adopting the kids at all?

  • Its a difficult issue. Im gay myself and strongly support gay marriage and gay rights in general. When it comes do children, Im not really sure whats best for her or him. I feel like its very important to be raised by a male and a female part since my childhood was very lucky and Ive learned alot from both of my parents. There are certain things in which a woman is a better antetype in my opinion. But Im glad that you are able to live like this and that you are happy.

  • when your daughter reaches that age in life (teens) when she need support, advice and help in witch only a mother can provide, how are you going to give this to her.....respond please

    xDanniex

  • @DRdannieDRdannie - whos to say only a mother can provide that? what about people who don't have mothers, or their mothers pass away when they are Selenas age, they can always talk to a female relative in the family, an aunt, a grandmother, or even a friends mother. Not everyone has a mother and father, gay or hetero, there are circumstances in life sometimes that prevent that from happening.

  • @Pam4Rob thankks for replying :)

  • if i want to send you somthing where can i send it ?

  • Thank for sharing this. It would be cool if you guys were on TLC, then everyone could see what a great family you are!

  • Thumbs up on this video to show more people don't care about anything but that this family is caring!

  • All you haters better shut up! Your making a fuss about one small detail of this family. All of you faggots were probably dropped on your head when you were head or beat abusively, but this family is managing as a straight couple would. So shut up!!

  • @FATYDECKS HAHAHAHAHA, ASSHOLE!

  • Does it really matter if the parents raising a child are the same gender? What the really important thing to keep in mind is that the parent is ensuring that their child feels love and that they are being taken care of (food, clothes, place to stay, etc.) Would you people who are against same sex parents rather have Jay and Bryan's children be with their druggie mom or be with a family who for example has an abusive parent? Of course not. Jay and Bryan deserve to have those children a lot more.

  • Thank you so much for sharing your lives and videos with everyone.

  • god bless you guys. hugs and kisses from montreal xoxooxoox

  • IT DOESN'T TAKE ONE MOTHER AND ONE FATHER TO RAISE CHILDREN PROPERLY! IT TAKES AN ENTIRE COMMUNITY! A MOTHER AND A FATHER CANNOT CORRECTLY RAISE CHILDREN ON THEIR OWN! THEY BOTH DEPEND ON THEIR COMMUNITY AND THEIR ENVIRONMENT TO PROPERLY GIVE THEIR CHILDREN WHAT THEY NEED! SO STOP HATING ON GAYS!

  • @FilmItStudios Neitther and Both not sure if that was sarcasm or a real question...Me and my partner are both fathers....I guess it depends on what you consider a mother is?

  • @depfox i think he means like wat if one of them has a problem whoo has the talk both of u i take it just u rock bb

  • Kids are not only motherless before being adopted -- they're also fatherless. The discourse of abandonment indicts women only, because in our culture the idea is that it's "natural" to be a mother -- not to mention the patriarchal notion that a woman is only complete when she's a mother! You guys see fatherhood as central to your lives, and it's you are offering a gift to all our society by showing how meaningful fatherhood is.

  • people are now getting unremitting freedom... but why not being gay...

  • You guys seem like a really great family :P

Oh, and I like the television picture frame thing you got going on. I might try that.

  • @MrChristmas365 Being gay is a part of who I am as is being a Christian I dont need to create a new religion to serve my God. As for your comments about kids should have a mother and father I agree in a perfect world were straight people cared more about their children then themselfs kids would have both. Sadly its Straights who have children for selfish reasons.

  • @depfox im deeply sorry for the jerk who disrespected u two i bet u two are amazing parents and ur children are beautiful i think it is great that u two have adopted :)

  • @depfox I don't think the majority of either gay or straights have children for selfish reasons. You just have children..

  • @PeopleMustAct On the other hand, they're also often the reason there is something called orphans, abandoned children, abused children, children in foster homes. It's not a slam on straight people, just a reality check. Just because straight people can produce children, it doesn't mean they always have them for the right reasons. (Of course it also doesn't mean that everyone who adopts - gay or straight - adopts for the right reasons.)

  • @sazji

Don't mix things up, straight people's orientation is not causing the existence of " orphans, abandoned children, abused children, children in foster homes", it's mainly death, poverty and psychological disorders.

  • @PeopleMustAct No, it's not their orientation; nobody said it was. I simply say that as it's str8 people who are making them, it's they that are the source of unwanted children as well. And among the people who are taking on these kids are gay people. To be fair, the statement that "it is the straights who are having children for selfish reasons" is painting with a pretty wide brush; kids get orphaned for lots of reasons and if gays were producing kids, they'd produce orphans too.

  • @MrChristmas365 Do you realize how many people are f'ed in the head these days? rapists, serial killers etc. MOST if not ALL come from straight parents. My friends mother was going to have her via sperm donation. She then met a guy and got knocked up.She was molested by him from age 2 to age 10.She now has emotional issues and major depression.that would not have happened if she would have had only her mom.Hopefully, YOU never have kids.We don't need anymore small minded people on earth.

  • @MrChristmas365

If that is your view on why gay people want to adopt a child you really are closed minded. I am a gay man in Ireland and we are still struggling for rights for gay family's. If you don't think the kids are adjusted look at the videos what are up they are and do have female figures. People like you with your closed mined view I feel sorry for.

  • @MrChristmas365 Gay people are not the people that put children up for adoption.I'm adopted and I have two mom's, I'm 17 years old and that's all Ive ever known. Does that mean that I don't have a natural and healthy, mental and emotional balance? I'm a straight A student, I have a job,and I'm an optimist. Have you ever been in a Gay family? If not, then how can you judge? I didn't put this up to be rude, but you did offend me. I love my family very much and we judge no one, please do the same.

  • @MrChristmas365 What about all of the single parents out there who decide to adopt? Are they selfish? Just because parents are straight, that doesn't make them any better or worse. Tons of straight parents bring their children up in awful environments. Your argument doesn't even make sense and you need to realize that it stems from the fact that you just don't like gay people, and you're trying to come up with excuses. Parents who adopt are some of the most *unselfish* people in the world.

  • @MrChristmas365 Fail. Mr Christmas, seriously? You believe in balance?

What about a single mother? Or a single father? An aunt, or grandparents raising them? Is that still a family? Is it ok for two brothers to raise people, as long as they're not having SEX? Because seriously, that's sad. It's sad that we have people like you who are still so ignorant. Peace :)

  • @MrChristmas365 I have gay mothers and i can tell u right now im emotionally balanced than any other child it does not matter what sexuality a parent is it matters how the child is raised and i can tell u this any gay couple can raise a child as well as any straight couple

  • @MrChristmas365 ... then why are CHILDREN in the foster care system? It's because of SELFISH heterosexual couple who have children they don't want! I can't believe you believe yourself to be superior because you are heterosexual. Why don't you go out and adopt and care for these foster children? There is no excuse in our country (USA) when we have so much money compared to the rest of the world.

  • @MrChristmas365 - and what about those parents who are divorced and theres only one parent raising the child, you don't see them bombarded with questions like, " Are you the mom or the dad"? OR a child should have both a mother and a father, in this day and age, thats absolutly absurd. This family loves and supports each other, and I see plenty of hetero couples that don't care about the kids they have, why don't you go bash on their videos.

  • Awww Selena looks so cute with that box. You guys are great dads! Oh, and Bryan, you're easily the hottest Youtuber I know.

  • @portylad4

    Jay you're close second.

  • Y'all are a beautiful family!

  • You guys are the best! Not only are you fantastic gay men but you are awesome parents! I hope that more people watch your family video's and learn from them...

Thank you for sharing your family life with us.

    Jeffrey in Canada.

  • OKAY SO I LOVE YOU GUYS...YOU HAVE MY DREAM FAMILY...CANT REMEBER YOU BOTH NAMES BUT NO DISRESPECT BUT YOU IN THE BLACK SHIRT IS MMMMMM GOOD SEXY... BUT NO THOUGH I TIP MY HAT TO YOU ALL

  • wow i love your family dynamics and communication and respect for your kids and how you accepted what they called you vs. forcing your fantasy of 'papa/daddy' on them - way to respect and value the ppl your kids are, i applaud you and feel like here are 2 kids that will turn into healthy adults because they are LOVED at home! great idea @ the video series.

  • It´s very nice video. I think it is complicated, especially when you don´t have laws that protect your rights. I said this, because in my country it´s not posible to have childs in a gay family =(. You show us that is posible and it´s beautiful! Thank u! My better wishes from Colombia.

  • awesome guys

  • Disgusting.

  • @sourcemaster ur ass in more disgusting

    XOXOXO

    from Indonesia :)

  • SO CUTE! XD you have an awesome family! but id watch out cuz ur daughter is gonna be really pretty when she is older and boys will be lining up at the door :P

  • Hey Beautiful Family!! Stumbled across your series while looking at some "It gets better" campaign vids...awesome videos - thanks so much for sharing pieces of your life with us!

  • Wonderful videos. My only question, as a parent of twin 8-year olds, is WHERE DO YOU FIND THE TIME TO MAKE THESE!!! At any rate, kudos to you and your kids -- keep up the love!

PS. I wish everyone, friend and foes, would lay off the cursing in these comments. I wouldn't mind having my own kids read the comments, good and bad, to understand this world a bit better -- but I don't want them picking up all the F bombs (both kinds that seem to be all too prevalent in the comments!)

  • You guys are great.

I have two sons and from what I can see you are doing everythyng right to bring up your children.

I have total respect for you and have now watched all your videos!

    Thanks.

  • @FrozenGladiator9

    You are a sad person...

  • Daniel has the same teenager attitude as my little brother lol

  • Your family is so beautiful!!!

I want what you have someday.

    Live free!

  • Love the series.

And...Taking advantage of kids? That's a very ignorant comment. If it wern't for them, the kids wouldn't have a home at all. They're doing a good thing by adopting, and everyone in the family is happy, so how is it taking advantage of anyone? It's not.

  • Comment removed

  • I think this is a great idea for youtube. I really love these videos! :). I have a lot more to say..but i think your family is adorable!

  • @mysterious34 it helps to know a gay person. to feel more comfortable go ahead and be friends with a lesbian if your a man or a gay guy if your a female, so you can sound and be more intelligent than those who chose to remain ignorant. Don't be afraid if your befriended by a gay person the same sex as you, we respect straight people. I have done more manly things then a man can do, trying to fight myself. until i matured and realized this is who i am. Hey Jay i too am a man behind the shield.

  • @Phillwealth :)

  • I'll give advice on how to tell your kids you're gay. Go in their room and start butt fucking each other.

  • @9inchmancannon you are disgusting. and just talked about kids and sex in the same sentance. you are true filth.

  • you have a gorgeous family :) i wish you all the best :)

  • I remember as a kid my parents weren't around becuase they had to work in the states to support us back in my country of origin and my grandmother would make vids like this and i always felt uncofertable making them just becuase i was camera shy,but i always get over it and start to talk like crazy.luckyly we werent apart for that long and i have live most of my life with them[mostly my mom].it will get rougher later on in life but i got a feeling they will always love you guys no matter what.

  • @Mysterious34 you are born gay so get your mind out of the gutter and understand I am raising my kids to be happy not GAY...If they are gay I will love and support them something I dont think you will do so I guess that makes me a better parent then you will ever be.

  • @Patriot3332 ok, how about feeling sexual attractions to someone of the same sex? can't do it? it'sbecause you can't. also, no onechooses to be hated and discriminated against. if they can change, there would be no youth suicides. how's that for evidence?

  • @depfox you two seem to be such good dads how old are they now?:)

  • @depfox NOt to mention: if the logic of "bringing up gay kids" had any sense to it, then all straight couples would have only straight kids. The kind of logic that works just one way, so as to serve your previous interlocutor's interests and convenience, is not logic at all.

  • @Mysterious34 ok dipshit about 99% of homosexuals were raised by straight parents or parents or releitive or friends. No gay teaching in my home except for the negative comments growing up.

My best friend came out gay during his marriage and he raise his two boys from infants and they are both straight and open minded.

Why don't you go gay and understand that dicks like you have no clue.

These guys took in your cast offs and gave them a safe home.

  • @Mysterious34 ...........I mean this honestly and without malice...but are you retarded? like seriously. Is your IQ extremely low. because If it is then what you said makes complete sense. Now If you think your a smart person and your reading this and being offended, then im very sorry. But this is the dumbest thing ive read all day...and Ive watched a Fred video today. get informed before you post, its as if you just typed in "a square has 3 sides!" ..doesnt make sense right?

  • @urbandreads *yawn* Are you done?

I was reading an article, can you repeat all that you said?
