mickey rourke is a fantastic actor, sure he looks a bit weird due to plastic surgery and boxing injuries but he is still a fantastic actor and the reason he has a sucsessfull hollywood career once again is down to exactly that.
He loved The Fountain!? Okay...he should seriously ditch his wife and get with me.
Oh...and I love his comments on Tomei. She was essential in reinstating the film's themes and characterisations. She was more than a match for Rourke on the acting front too. Both gave incredible performances in an exceptional piece of work. Love the film to pieces.
how often does the best film oscar go to a film released in the last 3 months b4 the oscars. aka november december january. cause it seems that slumdog milionaire could get it this year amongst others
here is the answer to your question, 100% of all films given best film come out in the last 2 months before the oscars, atleast recently...infact every single good film is genrally released in dec/jan
He liked The Foutain, yay! I thought he'd be in like with those Fountain-hating critics. Now, Mark Kermode might be the film critic I actually like. I love his intelligent rambling and ranting.

how come mayo always looks knacked?
iamtheblackcrowking 2 years ago 2
Doesn't he do a really long show? Mark's only on for 30 mins whereas Mayo's doing more before and after.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
Because he has to listen to Kermode's worthless opinions. There is no justification for anyone reviewing films for a living.

@iamtheblackcrowking Wouldn't you be if you had to work with Mark? I love Kermode but he's very intense and sometimes hard to shut up
