I've always allowed my pre-teen kids to smoke and have gin martinis any time they wanted them. They would do it with friends but I prefer they do it at home and where it's safe and they can all get stoned and have sex. They are all now 4, 6, 7, 9 and love staying home from school and 'getting it on'.
