I went on this ride last weekend... it was actually allot taller an more fun than I thought.
This ride is AMAZING!

ok, this is it, i just talked to my friend again today and she said that she just talked to the manager again today and the manager of Universal Orlando Resort, who is also overseeing the rockit said that they plan to open the ride tomorrow on Sunday, August 16th, 2009 as long as things continue to go perfect!!! My friend also told me that the enployies got to actually ride the rockit today. This proves that that ride has to open tomorrow on the 16th!!!!!

ok, i have a friend who knows THE manager of Universal Orlando Resort, who is also overseeing the Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, and my friend just talked to him today and he, the manager, said that everything is going great for that Rockit, and that if things continue to go well then the ride will be opening on Sunday, August 16, 2009!!!!!! I promice you I am NOT making this up, and that means that for now, the official opening date for the Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit is August 16, 2009!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully they put up the "PLAY LOGO" sign on the Lift/Drop hill sometime this week and have the coaster going by early next week.
