Moreover, he is not 'guilty as other men', he was in fact entirely innocent as he committed no crime, nor were his actions consideredc rimes for centuries and centuries. There are a LOT of things to attack Mohammed for, but thats not one of them.
He was nought but a warlord who sought to deify himself, he massacred thousands of men, woman and children. He took a young girl as his wife, infact the very idea of polygamy points to the true character of Islam. He openly instructs his followers to mislead non-believers and to sabotage anyone and anything that opposes his petty and foul teachings.
