  • Dorian must have been out of her mind to mess with Viki. Viki would get butch and beat her up. Dorian was a bold woman. I will say that.

  • a sarcofcus. its victor lord. not king tut.

  • Love OLTL ... but bad, bad intro.

  • LOL..I see a little of Tommy!

  • FYI..Victor is not in there!

  • loved this episode vikie and dorian should duke it out more often like that. I will miss oltl when it goes of the air in january. I hope that it ends on a good note or maybe a dramatic note would be good to.

  • Strange - Dorina denies killing Victor, but confesses to Viki that she did a few years ago - and it was never revisited again (though...Victor Lord really didn't die in '76 either). Ironically, Viki flipped out and beat the sh*t out of the now-VERY dead Victor's tomb a few years ago (Victor FINALLy died in '02 or '03).

  • Thanks for posting - complete with the shorlived opening which was similar to a Max Factor advertisement.

  • Hey, VickRobCal, I have been meaning to ask you, do you prefer this theme over the 80s theme with Peabo Bryson? Because I noticed with clips in the 90s, you let the theme play out with this particular theme. Clips in the 80s, normally are not played in their entirety. Just curious.

  • Wow, that was intense!

  • I know Dorian was trying to DESTROY the remains, but all that went through my mind was 'necrophilia', which wouldn't be out of left field for Dorian, given her kinky history and strange fetishes.

  • Dorian and Viki have the best chemistry on the show. The writers really do need to utilize it more now. It is an incredibly complicated love/hate relationship that has gone on for over 30 years.

  • Does anybody have the eps where Victor and Dorian announce to Joe, Viki, Tony and Cathy that they were married(1975) Not a happy household after that

  • Had the woman been any SMARTER she would hire a cohort of MEN to carry out the job. It wasn't like she DIDN'T have the money to pay them off handsomely. Great classic scene of the two broads. what fight does that makes this and how many more since...those 16 years ago?

  • As classy as Dorian is she isn't always the brightest redhead in the shed. Did she NOT think that with Lord mausoleum being on the grounds of Llanfair that people would see her coming and going there all the time. AFAIC, the stupid bitch(as Tommy would later call her next year) would get exactly what she deserved!

  • Well, to be fair, she had a key to the Lord Mauseleoum. I mean, she has a right to visit her dead husband, or so her story would say. It is such an interesting dynamic that Viki and Dorian share, especially in their roles as stepmother/stepdaughter....

  • I didn't say she had no right to be there. BUT she did have dye and a shovel so if I were along with Bo, Hank, Nora and Viki, I'd be thinking she was looking a little suspicious too. And somehow all that odd evidence appeared against her(odd considering that isn't how the man died, he didn't) But you do know that Dorian and Victor was not "a love story" she did not love him and she did not love his family. And also technically, Dorian has not been Viki's stepmom since 1980 when she married Herb

  • Well, according to most people, it's generally aggreed upon that when you are married ti someone, their kids are your step kids. If you divorce them, that's no longer true. BUT, if you are widowed, then that relationship continues, even if you remarry. So, I count Dorian as Viki's stepmother. But, yeah, it looked suspicous. I also know that Dorian and Victor weren't in "love" until a 1980's rewrite. Are you an original viewer? Ho long have you been watching One Life?

  • damn

  • yeah that's high drama. I don't think anyone can outdo ES and RS when it comes to that on DT.

  • I wonder if Dorian still has the keys. She is Victor's widow. I'll bet she does....anyway, I think the Viki/Victor/Dorian "triangle" was the most inteesting story this show has told. Certainlythe longest lasting one...

  • and in a way the most SICKEST. Both women were wronged by that perv though.

  • Well, yeah, you have a point. When you think about it, it's really nasty that BOTH Viki and Dorian shared a bed w/ Victor...

  • Yeah it couldn't have been pleasant for any of the two(the daughter or the young wife/private doctor he took home to marry) Somebody mentioned in Soap Digest a couple years ago that maybe in a couple years they could bring Dorian and Viki apart/together by making Dorian out to be one of Victor's love children with another woman. Do you realized that had that happened than he would've had sex with one daughter and married another? that just really puked me out years ago with what he did with V.

  • I had heard that and I thought about that. While it would bring Viki and Dorian toghether, I think it's disgusting. The only thing that would come from it is Dorian's permanant place in the Lord family (although, she really is a member of the Lord family, considering she's the only one who still uses it)

  • oh don't get me wrong. I thought it was DISGUSTING too. Having sex with one daughter, married to another? How low can you get. And I don't think they'd be at peace from the beginning anyway. That would prob take another year. I'm glad it was just a suggestion and it didn't go down that route. I prayed it would never happen and it hasn't...so far!

  • @imachildofthe80s8089 I haven't heard anything about Dorian being Victor's daughter! ROFL! Yuck no thanks. :)

  • I Loveeee these Two! they are both amazing actresses! i wonder if they will ever revist Victor's death? remember the day of Asa's funeral what Dorian said! i still think that victor that popped up in 200? wasn't him

  • God I hope not. If we could go the rest of the days of OLTL without hearing that old man's name get mentioned, I'd breathe a sign of relief. His name makes me totally recoil. hopefully 2003 was his FINAL departure. Yeah I remember Dor and VIk fought at Asa's funeral. Can't remember what was said. It was another one of those long standing cat fights.(I know Dorian had been dating Clint in those days but that was just what Viki needed to start out fresh from them)

  • WOW I am stunned, never saw that Erika gave this performance everything I wish they would give her this kind of material today to see n she has grown as an actress! Wow and thank you.

  • 6:30-6:40 was quite intense

  • I have so been wanting to see this scene for a long time since it first aired in 94!

  • lol..... trust me Al...... u r not the only

  • This scene is brilliant! I love it. Superb. It's also kind of funny, since Viki herself has gone on to demolish his grave a few times.

    What was Todd smashing up?

  • Yes Carl, isn't this scene great? ! LOOK AT 7:30 ITS LIKE VIKI WAS GOING TO TRY AND RIP DORIAN'S FACE OFF LOL...I mean wow. SHE IS REALLY MAD.

  • Yes. She's scary! It seems more like Tommy.

  • lol... no Carl, listen to 7:56... that is Tommy.. or atleast his voice LOL.... oh my gosh.... and look at 7:32 how Viki backed back and grunted when Nora pulled her off of her.... I mean she was really into this scene

  • @VickRobCal THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have waited YEARS to see this again!!!!!! bless you!

  • Yeah I think Tommy appeared at that moment but no one knew she existed(yet) keep in mind before '95, Niki was all anyone ever knew about.

  • We need more cat fights between these two. That was a great scene.

  • The two of them are really good friends in real life. So were the late Frances Heflin and Ruth Warrick(Sparring partners Mona and Phoebe of AMC)
