I'm sure it's even worse in Dallas, Texas or even Alabama where no known history of activism has been built. You'd think it would be worse in Bangkok Thailand, but it's better than LA.

I agree completely. We need regulation to protect those that are being victimized. Women were being hurt during illegal abortions, so we legalized it, and that is certainly not a situation where both parties consent as in adult services.
