hey man, I was just really wondering, see im really not that great at parkour, but like, I'm wondering if I workout a ton, and get really muscl-y and stuff, like for example, if I do some bicep curls, would that make me good at parkour. I want to be a free-runner and do backflips, please help me.

@Ubaau oh yeah for sure do plenty of biceps, most of your jump comes from the biceps..and the key to backflips is shrugs, ,strong traps = good backtucks
