In my opinion, the english dub is way better than the Japanese dub. These people are 15 years old (based on the old season. Tyson was said to be 13 at the time) yet their voice actors are girls. Tala's voice actor was horrible for a demonic guy like him.

Two: He's making a kind of noise-maker (I have no idea what it's called though.) You just need to fold the paper in a certain way and when you swing it downward it makes a popping noise. I see people make them all the time. :3

Actually it's not. Tyson is voiced by Motoko Kumai, who voiced Syaoran Li in Cardcaptor Sakura. Naruto is voiced by Junko Takeuchi.
