Gee Thanks it help as time pass not right away but to set download limit I have no 10 so I put 100 will that hurt my computer or Take long??

@sinine11 The reason you can't put it below 25 is that when you put it to 25 and it refresh. Then if you try again, you may see that it shows 3 lower numbers. Do that 4 times and you will get it to 1kB/s, which mine is now. Before I downloaded with 15 kB/s, but because of this awesome guy, I now download with 500kB/s. Thanks buddy!

if you cant put 10, then just put your lowest upload speed. All you need is the lowest one for upload so it won't bog down your download. I use ten because it seems to work the best.
