  • Butt wiggle at 0:35

  • He isnt bent over far enough! Bad form!

  • Try doing this with 90 kg, you'll see what the problem with this technique is.

  • nice YATES row, shitty bent-over row

  • @Meni69 dorian yates > you

  • @Macycrystal yates torn his bicep, hellooooo. read scott abel's back routine on t-nation

  • sorry, but this is super gay . you're well built mate, but this cant be right. pendlay rows or look at rippletoe's instructions on the barbell bent over row

  • @RundgaardenPlayboy

    Lol, its rippetoe, not rippletoe

  • This guy should have put more emphasis on a few things:

Don't ever round your back, it should remain arched from beginning to end. Maintain a neutral spine, looking down leads to a rounded back and looking up too much just hurts your neck, so try looking at the floor in front of you. Also try lowing your hips more than what is shown in this video, that's ok for learning, but the closer you can get your back to being parallel with the floor, the more effective it is. It also gets much harder ;D

  • You should also talk about bending at diff angles to hit the back diff. That is also especially high for a bent over row. Personally, I don't think you should be more than 45 degrees relative to horizontal.

  • this is incorrect

  • thanx

  • good one

  • thank you
