@aceron9143 you are mistaken, Beelzebub is another name for satan, it is a common mistake that Beelzebub is satan's "right hand man" but that is only because John Milton took the liberty of making this creative distinction in his epic poem Paradise Lost. The Bible refers to Satan and Beelzebub as one singular entity.

Also, growing up, I was taught by my Church and my religious father that Beelzebub is 'one of the seven princes of hell', and not the Devil himself. The only ways in which Beelzebub is mentioned is in his power to drive out devils. Hence, it is impossible to tell whether he is Satan or not.

@18anit Beelzebub means satan, they made it plural, but how many thing are named devil or diablo or some other name for satan when you think about it, so it really has been accepted as a common thing no matter what you say.

@Sevencrazythings go watch their orlando fox 35 interview. the origins of the name beelzebubs was because their founders needed a name urgently and found the word beelzebub in the book 'paradise lost', which seemed funny. they didn't realize the meaning of the word at that time. so i think it's pointless to argue why they would name themselves after satan.
