Kashmir has three parts. Jammu, Kashmir valley, Ladakh. Jammu has 80% hindu, Ladakh has 98% budhdhist, Kashmir valley which has small population has 95% muslims.
If kashmir valley is free, then they are surrounded by hindu and budhdhists.
