  • You have the date wrong. This record was made in June of 1927, not 1932.

  • That's all~

    :3

  • Where can I download this song as an mp3 file?

  • tradertom; I agree with the sex appeal of the 1920-30's women. Back then they did not have to be rail thin like women feel they must today. Like me you must have had a life back then. I loved Midnight In Paris, newest Woody Allen film. Being transported back to the '30's.

  • Lovely!

  • Im a 12 year old born 67 years late:)

  • Thanks for sharing this! the world deserves to know this epic music!

  • One of my grammer school teachers in the '60s used the term "yoo hoo" I guess the phrase came from this song. She was old at that time. Memories.....

  • Things were so hot those days!!!!

  • This is such raw sex appeal without the disgusting ghetto filth. No broad can touch her even today. Solid charm, cutesy-ness, talent, and that figure! Do you think she could imagine that in 2010 men would stil drool over her?

  • @tradertom I do not think so. hell I'm still drooling over her lol.

  • @tradertom what about adele

  • @tradertom Indeed!

  • ... there is only an error in this video: Joe Venuti and not "Venutti".

  • I find it difficult to fine words adequate to describe what I think of this wonderful songstress. I adore all her work.

    Thank you for sharing.

  • what about "quirky".... But in a good way! =D

  • No doubt that it's Rollini on Bass Sax. Venuti, not Venutti. The adagio bridge at

2:13 is exquisite w/Lang as Guitar obbligato. How sweet does this get? The Tympanist is obcously the same as Red Nichols used on his recording of Delirium, and 5 Pennies on Victor.

  • Vic Berton drums/tympany

  • That's what I thought too, but wasn't sure. Could be have been backed by a Nichols group on this as a studio contract recording?

  • Sorra again!

Be my HONEY and I'bb be your BUMBLE bee

I need to be more focused!!!

  • "Upon further revue"

AN OWL AND a squirrel ...

(And they heard him say, Be my sugar and I'll be your honey bee."

  • that sounds right...

  • sorry: happy COUPLE

  • Sounds to me like:

"And now as the squirrel watched the happy coiple spooning 'neath the tree"

  • what is the very first phrase she says? I don't understand... it sounds like squirrls, cup of coony?? stuffe like that. What is she saying?????? and I can't find any lyrics.
