OH THE NOSTALGIA! It has been almost 18 years and I still remember the hand and carriage of arms exercises as well as the running in 'mommy's high heels'. I'm in my 9th year of dancing in pointe shoes now and hahaha I think I need to thank my mommy for forcing me to go for ballet class even though I whined and cried my eyes out and protested every Sunday afternoon.

Wonderful! Looking back.. my ballet teacher was SORRY. We never did anything like this in class. The only girl who was any good was his daughter. I guess they taught her all of the stretches at home.
