o woa now buddy, thats a very general and narrow statement to make. Football? i can admit USF is currently better in football, but if you analyze the growth of UCF's academia and sports you'll soon realize that UCF is/will be a much better school than USF. The inclusion of the medical school only helps prove my theory. UCF is becoming known throughout the states, whereas USF is still a shithole.

USF has one of the best medical schools and has been around for a long time. UCF granted is getting a medical school in Fall of 2009, however it is unfortunate that the grant received is millions short of opening. Do not speak about analyzing growth; no doubt, UCF is the 5th largest university in the United States, South Florida is only 4,000 people short, or the 9th largest university in the United States. My g.f. goes there and believes that USF is a better school; that's coming from your own!

Also note that USF researcher just received the Pulitzer prize in medicine, a big honor bestowed upon us, which to continue forward with, we are the only university in the state of Florida besides UF to be rated a top research university by Carnegie. To say that UCF is comparable by academia to USF is wrong. Don't get me wrong, UCF is a fine school, like all universities, but USF is simply a better school overall. And your med school? Come on, FIU and FAU have a med school before UCF!

USF's medical school is prime, and their research and graduate programs are incredible, but UCF is growing so rapidly. It was essentially a community college 10 years ago. I cannot sway your mind, and you cannot sway mine, so this discussion is going nowhere. They're both good school, but the exponential growth rate of UCF will catch up to and eventually surpass USF soon.

Hell im bashing USF but they're actually in my top choice for medical school lmao, so try and figure that shit out

UCF was founded not that long ago, they were founded in 1963.(based on when most universites were founded thats not long) So that made really no sense. How are they supposed to have a med school first if they did not exist?
