MacBook Pro Dropped

I dropped my MacBook Pro Hard while running to class (The strap Broke on my bag) . It got dent but still runs well like a Pro lol!!! These machines are really spectacular. Love your Final cut4 Express videos very helpful!!! Keep up the great work. Subed.

Apple puts a shiny shell over otherwise common, and at times, sub-par parts, and sells it at a premium price.

Also, their aluminum seems weaker than it should be, people have dented their MBP's by simply picking them up.

I got a Brand New Macbook Pro 15 inch 2.8 GHZ and I left it on the Desk in the Boarding School I was at and when I came back from Breakfast 15 minutes later there was a huge Dent on the Top. Let me tell you that it was 2 weeks old and It was the most expensive possession that I had ever had seeing as I am 14.

I feel That If I damage something myself by accident I feel better than I it was some other retard Who did it for a Joke when I wasn't there :(

Yeah I used to always lock away my macbook pro when I left the room or felt slightly suspicious. All of my friends were saying that im 'stupid for doing this' and that 'I should relax'. so I left it out for the first time ever in its life...and guess what happened . bam a huge dent 15 minutes later

@MattAaron09 yea turkeyhead the new ones get dented easy too i just dropped mine 20 mins ago and now the corner is dented inwards a bit and when you open the screen the same corner is dented down too and scratched on the side and the battery case thing wont fit in place it is dented outwarrds a bit and my mac only fell off the couch (not even 2 feet drop) n i got this is in march.

Now is the time to get yourself a spec se through shell for your macbook so that you will not get anymore dents on your macbook. You should also be very careful about the notebook falling too much cause this could cause damage to the hard drive read heads and the platters themselves. which will ender your hard drive unuseable.
