When you loaded you ate a ton! I tried to load my best and on the second day of loading i felt so nauseated from all that I ate and really it wasn't all that much. Today is my third day to be on it and so far i don't feel as bad as yesterday when i was supposed to be loading. Actually, I feel pretty good today. I do like how you show your progress in good detail, and even more so how your wife is supporting you in helping you prepare your foods. Excellent wife!!
I am contemplating whether to go on this diet and if so, whether to do the drops or the needles. I'm glad that you made this video for people like me that are not in the know. I have only talked to two people that have done it. They have used the shots and they have lost 1/2 pound to a pound a day. They really endorsed it. I'm going to check out your 39 days now. Bye!

Hi Brian water and tea is the key. I try to drink a gallon a day. The water will also help flush the fat!
I love the treadclimber! I want one. I found on days I workout I dont loose as much... I think I read your body will go into survival mode. So be careful. Phentermine is very bad for you.. I took it years ago and thats when my blood pressure sky rocketed. That is a side effect of Phentermine. I find I dont need anything but the hcg and you may not either. Your doing great!
Great videos. I like the detail. I'm 38 Y.O. male in P4 of R2. Lost 60 lbs so far with another 20 to go. I also have a Tanita body fat scale. I suggest tracking body fat % every day along with weight. I was able to watch it also decrease from 38% down to 22%. Also, during plateaus and stabilization, you can monitor lean mass easily. It was amazed to see, after R2, I stabilized about 2-3 lbs over my last injection weight, but it was all LEAN MASS! Body fat weight actually decreased.

I am a cauliflower lover and would love to have some but I am following the original protocol and I am not using a clinic. What are the "pills" you are taking? I'm on R1P2D36 and have had no appetite or hunger. I hated the LOADING but it worked for me with all high fat foods. Being prepared with your food is so important. Good for you. Do try Yerba Matte Tea and some of the others.

I've been drinking at least a gallon a day. I don't like tea at all so i'll just stick with the water. I'll give a trial day and see how it works.
