@squezey1 No. Listen, I used to like System Of A Down, maybe you know that hard rock group. Until a friend made me discover HardTechno. Since then, I didn't respect rock anymore, because Techno has such a wide diversity of sounds that rock doesn't have. If I want to listen to guitar, I take any rock song. If I listen to techno, it's to hear something else than this. Do rock musicians use turntables in their songs? No! So why should DJs use guitar sounds while they can make better?
@Selliauoip I just like when artists do interesting things with their music and yeah SOAD isn't hard rock, it's more along the lines of metal. I respect a lot of metal, you just have to dig a little deeper. You can't always expect to find the best in only the most popular ones out there.
@Selliauoip your comment tells me you don't know much about music in general. sorry.
fist of all, you say dj's use turntables in thier songs. thats wrong, the songs are produced on a computer, by a producer, the songs get played at a tuntabe (these times most dj's just use pc's). so dj's use them to play the music, they dont use them in the music.
also there is a realy wide variety of styles in so called rock music. and there are alot of producers artist tht use rock/metal infuences.
odaxe! enable votes so I can vote "like it", and the rest...idk. XP. :345 [sorry for double post, heh]

@Selliauoip Are you kidding me? speed, splitter or breakcore with rock/metal samples in it drives me fucking crazy. Goes so well together sometimes.
