Ok I have been in an Enzo.. this video is shit... this is why. Ferrari Enzo 3,000lbs with 651BHP... Also, factor in the new power to weight ratio the SLK now has with an SLR motor in it compared to what it previously had. We're talkin 100 or so horsepower difference here. Just went on a Mercedes website and got these numbers for the SLK--55 AMG: 0-100 km/h: 4.7 sec; 0-200 km/h: 16.3 sec; 0-250 km/h: 22.8 seconds. So, it wouldn't take it 40 seconds to get up to 160. Not saying that's faster than the Enzo, but the SLK is a damn fast car. I do think if you put an SLR engine in the SLK, it would definitely have a good chance of beating the Enzo.

Pause the video at :51. Why is the Ferrari only going 150 mph? The driver yells "160! 175!" seconds later, but judging by how he is getting blown away by the Mercedes, it's hard to believe him. If the Enzo driver is only going about 150 miles per hour, then the SLK, with the SLR engine, could easily beat it. Hell, I own a 2009 SLK-55 with a stock engine and I can get it up to 160 mph.

it all depends whats under the hood, if the SLR was twin turbo-charged, with dual cold air intakes, and all polished exhausts and intakes, it actually stands a good chance of beating a stock enzo. though shifting does play a pretty big part in a drag race.
