Looks very unnatural and unrealistic. Just get a VERY fine brush from your local crafts store and red acrylic paint. Paint the tiny veins on, let dry, then hit the sclera with clear. BOOM

@andyakaandrea Thank you! I would think it would work fine, what the nail polish does is, is that it makes the yarn stick and gives the eye a glossy finish. So, if you have varnish that would work too.
