If we remove all thought processes about culture, war, racism, stereotypes...what are we left with? A man that is on a horse. The man seems to be hitting the horse continuously, there is no actual good horsemanship/training being accomplished, and the horse seems aggravated/scared at the least. So what can the final conclusion be? This appears to either be a cruel/ignorant form of training or a sick form entertainment.
