i love this. those 20 billion dollars are less than .2% of Mexicos income. i mean its nice, but if the US cuts all illegal jobs, its not enough to make the economy collapse. theyll simply come home. dont believe what crazy youtube videos say. look @ the facts. Mexican and many world economies are booming because of rapid modernization and outsourcing American jobs. So far just in 2010 over 500,000 jobs have been created. again, look @ the facts people and dont believe the news and all this junk

Mexico remittances play a big part in small towns not in cities so what mexico needs is beter infrastructure or attract more people to citys were infrastucture projects are easier to start up. think about it create a factory in a small town or in a big city like toluca. Like he said mexico can't distbute money to help if the towns tax system is broken so thats why they are short on cash (distribution probably easier from centarlized big area were taxes ar probably higer than a small town).
